The Brilliant Green formed in 1995 and totally didn't break up in 2002. If you looked up "inoffensive rock band" in the dictionary (does anyone do that anymore?) there would be that picture you see above. TBG are sweet and sublime enough for soccer moms, hip and cute enough for the soccer mom's daughters. The most notable thing one can say about the group (other than "They're really nice.") is that vocalist Tomoko Kawase went on (after the band really did not break up) to form both Tommy February6, in which she pretends to be a young Madonna, and Tommy Heavenly6, in which she pretends she's Avril Lavigne.
