Mika Bomb is a London-based Japanese rock band. They were picked up by the Beastie Boys' Grand Royal label in 2000 and have since moved to Damaged Goods. They have a slight punk sound ala The Automatics or Banana Erectors. Basically a loud, distorted, slightly rockabilly, rock style. They sing in English (hence their popularity in Europe) and have a generally upbeat, sassy happy vibe.
