Is it just me, or did October just fly by? It my favorite month by far, yet somehow I feel like I totally missed it. I suppose it's nothing new, but I'm getting a little tired of feeling like life is zooming by at ever increasing speed. Anyway, it's now November, and time for another look at who's playing where all around the world.
Of course, the big Polysics MySpace tour is still in full swing. They have ten more dates this month, hitting up Connecticut today, and finishing up in Denver on the 11th. I'll be at the Chicago show in the 9th, so if you're there, make sure to say hi! (Make sure to check out AceofClub5's incredible photo gallery from their LA gig!)
The hard rockin' vis band Suicide Ali will be making an appearance at the Pacific Media Expo at the LAX Hilton on November 7th. Similarity, Camino will be in Toronto for the Dotcon convention on the 14th and 15th.
The highly revered massive sludge rock band Boris is kicking off what looks to be an incredible tour around the US and Canada with Nine Inch Nails on November 9th. Of note is the fact that they'll be playing two shows in Minneapolis, a city often spurned by Japanese bands of lesser integrity. Not that I'm bitter at all. Anyway, if you only make it to one show this year, and you can't make it to a Polysics gig, then make sure to check these guys out.
Finally, X-Japan seems to still be on track to play Paris on the 22nd. We've been burned on this one before, so I wouldn't get too worked up about it until they actually take the stage. Still, it's pretty monumental, so let's hope Yoshiki can manage to not break himself either before or during the show this time.
Do you see anything missing from this list? Then by all means let me know in the comments and I'll ad it right away.
Now get out there!

If I could get a *ride* to Chicago on the 9th, I might be able to go to the Polysics show. Anyone coming out of Indianapolis...? ;_;
