Qypthone are your standard Shibuya-kei group, featuring funk, lounge-tinged, up-tempo, big beat tracks full of horns and harpsichords and random samples. They are just a little more play and noisy than you average offering, but they stick to the formula of swinging rhythms and staccato vocals pretty closely. Most recently of note is their work on the live-action production of Sexy Voice and Robo.
